STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY 

Fabric orders will be shipped next business day.  Personalized orders my take up to two weeks to be embroidered and packaged to ship.  Although orders are often mailed within one week, please know that during busy times of the year, it can take the full 2 weeks before your order is mailed.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority with delivery confirmation.
If you need your order fast, please contact me to confirm I will be able to meet your needs then purchase the "$10 rush fee". Your order will be pushed to the front of the line to be embroidered first but will still be shipped USPS Priority mail.
At this time, I do not accept orders from outside the continental United States.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information with any outside party.  

 

ORDER POLICY

Please keep in mind that I may email you if your embroidery instructions are unclear - please keep an eye out for this.  Also, please check for spelling errors as I cannot accept returns on items where the wrong information was sent.  
Orders can't be cancelled once production has begun. 
 

RETURNS

I do my very best to check and recheck that I have followed your instructions on your order.  Contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package if I make a mistake .  For orders I embroider incorrectly,  I will be happy to send an exact replacement for your item or refund if no more are in stock.   NO RETURNS due to customer inputting incorrect information when placing an order.
